الإنتهاكات الحقوقية بحق معتقلي الإمارات

    حصر لبعض الإنتهاكات الحقوقية بحق معتقلي الإمارات  و منتسبي دعوة الإصلاح:

Inventory of some human rights violations against  the UAE detainees and the members of the Emirates Reform Society:

1-      #أحرار_الإمارات أحيلوا للتقاعد قسريا في سن مبكرة بقرار من مجلس الوزراء .. لارتباطهم بدعوة الإصلاح ..

Number of UAE detainees has been obligated to retire at an early age by a decision of the Council of Ministers

2-      تم إيقاف بعض #أحرار_الإمارات عن الخطابة..بقرار أمني جائر..

Number of UAE detainees has been stopped from giving Friday's prayers speech

3-      ضيق على #أحرار_ الامارات في الأنشطة التجارية وفي معاملاتهم مع المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة

Number of UAE detainees has been obstructed in their dealings with government and private institutions.

4-      منع #أحرار_الإمارات من إلقاء المواعظ والدروس في مساجد الدولة .. والسبب : رفض أمني ..

Number of UAE detainees has been stopped from giving any religious speech because of unreasonable security rejection

5-      منع #أحرار_الإمارات من إلقاء الدورات التدريبية في العديد من المؤسسات  رغم تميزهم المشهود

Number of UAE detainees has been stopped away from doing any training course although they are experts due to unreasonable security rejection.

6-      حرمان العديد من من أصحاب التخصصات وحملة الشهادات العليا من #أحرار_الإمارات من العمل ضمن تخصصاتهم والسبب: الرفض الأمني.

Number of UAE detainees has been prohibited to work within their academic specialization because of unreasonable security rejection

7-      إيقاف الترقيات الوظيفية عن مستحقيها من #أحرار_الإمارات والسبب: رفض أمني..

8-      النقل التعسفي للعديد من #أحرار_الإمارات من وظائفهم التخصصية إلى

وظائف لا تمت لتخصصهم بصلة..

9-      إغلاق المراكز الخيرية ومراكز القرآن والمراكز التربوية تحت إشراف #أحرار_الإمارات والسبب: قرار أمني

many of  charity associations and Holy Quran Schools have been closed because they are related to some of UAE detainees.

10-   التجسس الغير مشروع  على #أحرار_الإمارات ومراقبة هواتفهم وزرع أجهزة التنصت في منازلهم

Illegal spying has been performed on UAE detainees’ mobiles & houses. 

13-   لم تقتصر ال#انتهاكات على #أحرار_الإمارات فقط وإنما طالت أبنائهم ، فتم التضييق عليهم في الدراسة والعمل

Security restrictions have been reached to UAE detainees's families in their jobs and study

14-   منع الكثير من #أحرار_الإمارات وأبنائهم من الحصول على منح دراسية رغم تفوقهم وتميزهم

although they are distinguished students, UAE detainees' sons have been prohibited from having universities scholarships

15-   لازم الرفض الأمني أبناء العديد من #أحرار_الإمارات في العمل ومنعوا من الوظائف بحجة عدم الموافقة الأمنية

UAE detainees have been prevented from publishing any articles in local newspapers and some magazines 

17-   تم إنهاء خدمات عدد من #أحرار_الإمارات في عدد من الجامعات رغم تميزهم في العمل الأكاديمي والسبب : رفض أمني

Some of UAE detainees who are academic teachers in UAE universities were terminated with
no reasons

18-   عمل بعض #أحرار_الإمارات في الخارج بعد منعهم من العمل في داخل الدولة ، فاستمر التضييق عليهم في سفرهم وفي المطارات..

Some of UAE detainees who were working outside UAE because they were prohibited from working inside were still faced many obstructions!

19-   الطلبة من #أحرار_الإمارات تم التضييق عليهم في استكمال دراستهم العليا ، حتى تعثر عدد منهم في دراسته

Some of UAE detainees were faced many obstacles during their higher education that cause some to stop their study!

                                                                                            

20-   التضييقات الأمنية طالت زوجات #أحرار_الإمارات فحرمن من الوظيفة والترقية وكذلك السفر بسبب: الموافقة الأمنية

Security restrictions have been reached to UAE detainees's wives; they were prohibited from work, Career advancement and also travel!

21-   حرم العديد من #أحرار_الإمارات من المشاركة في المؤتمرات المحلية والعالمية..

Many of UAE detainees were forbidden from participating in many local and international
conferences.
